Why are Kids from Africa or British and all over the World being abused of their Ascent when they come to the U.S or to other countries

Many kids cry home to their parents saying they have been abused, cursed and beaten because of the way they speak. this recently happened in one of my friend shcool he was not happy he got mad and told his mom to take him away from that school. People should not try to be mean to people that come to your country and dont of your ascent. being mean to them can bring "Racist" back to the world like during Hitler times, saying that his army should kill all the jews, and we dont want that to ever happen, so we have to be able to use common sense and mannners and also stop depriving kids of their Ascent
